Invisalign Attachments Broke! help!!?!

Question: I got my invisaligns on thursday. today is saturday. This morning when i went to pull out the top one, the one attachment i had on top came off. I have been pulling them off the same way for days now, and haven't had a problem. Because its the weekend, i don't think i could get an appointment until sometime monday. so i'm kind of freaking out. i'm scared it will mess up my entire treatment plan for the top teeth. and i'm a little scare my ortho will hate me, and think that i'm too imature to have these expensive and very patient dependant braces. When the fact is, i've been doing VERY well with them. Brushing after i take them out, always putting them right back in. But the attachments seem pretty easy to break, and I'm afraid that this will happen many times. I'm just scared. Anybody been through this? or have any ideas what i should do?

Don't panic - contact your orthodontist/dentist on Monday and he /she will be able to put a new attachment on. This will not mess up your entire treatment it may just mean that you need to wear this set of aligners for a few extra days. The aligners are very snug for the first few days but as your teeth shift then they get easier to insert and remove.

Don't worry about it you're paying out the nose for some plastic pieces. I have braces myself and my **** breaks all the time, I have the metal braces though. Expect a few breaks in the early stages, first couple of months or so, they have to figure your teeth out.

I swear I have had 10 brackets break off in like 5-6 months, simply because the way my back teeth meet up when I chew (not my fault at all, it's always the same bracket), so now I have spacers in my teeth and will be getting a orthoband in a couple of days.

Basically what I'm getting at is you're paying a lot for your braces, keyword "you're", just tell them what happened and they should correct it. I pay 170 a month just to have my ortho replace 2 wires which takes like 20 minutes (lol), it's sickening but worth it in the end.
