Still in pain...?!
Question: I have a tooth infection, scheduled for root canal next week. Dentist gave me 1 week of keflex, then refilled for another week, but my infection is still there. I called today and they wont give me anymore antibotics, and Im in ALOT of pain. What can I do, and can they prefore a root canal when the tooth is still infected? Is this safe?

hey just to let you know my whole mouth consists of root canals they are not supposed to work on your teeth if you have infections.for one you need to tell your denttist that you want a different antibotic because the one you got is not working and take you a pain pill if you have any if not take you 2 or 3 ibuprofens.also get you some ambesol it want take the pain away on a infection but it will ease it up.or get its called red cross toothache medicine. i know how it feels so i hope you the best.
well how old are you ? if your over 21 drink WHISKEY the alcohol will kill the pain good luck
