Did u know that chewing sugar free gum can make u lose weight?!

Question: I dont know about this but i heard it on the news that this chick was on this sugar free gum diet that makes u i dont know what and thus making u lose weight....???...can anyone fill me in on this one....has anyone heard this besides me? thanks ;)

It makes you lose weight because an ingredient acts as a laxative, which isn't good for you.
