Wisdom teeth!.PLEASE HELP!?
i have to get one of my wisdom teeth pulled today!..i am gonna have to get an IV and be put to sleep!..does the IV hurt?..will my mouth hurt when i wake up? will the medicine mess me up for the rest of the day?...like make me feel all tired and everything?..and any additional information about getting my wisdom teeth pulled!..PLEASE HELP!..

IVs don't typically hurt, at least in my opinion. Yes, you will wake up very droggy. Plan on sleeping it off this afternoon. You will have some pain and the doctor will give you some pain medication to take.
For me, the whole thing wasn't too bad. I relaxed and slept most of the day when I got home. You have to be on a liquid diet for a bit since you can't chew food. Get some good movies and relax and it will heal.
