How do veneers work? Do they remove your teeth?!

Question: well they do have to shave down some of your tooth but not all. you will always have to have some kind of restoration on your tooth. they will shave down your teeth then take a mold of your mouth send it to there lab so they can make your veneers. so you will most likely have temporary teeth for about two weeks. then you will go back to the dentist office for your permanent veneers and have them put in if they are to your liking they will cement them in. you can also choose how white you want them to be so you can have a nice smile.

veneers are very thin and are placed over your natural teeth

It depends on what type of veneers you get. My teeth were ground down quite a bit.
