IMO definitely night time. To brush them only in the morning means all the food that accumulates between your teeth during the rest of the day has much more time to rot and develop nasties. If there's a bet on, you win.

i like to be clean when i go to sleep too lol. i always shower etc before bed.

I dont want to walk around with morning breath! Then everyomne else has to suffer! I would totally brush in the morning just out of the kindness of my heart towards others!

I agree with husband all morning you would have that sleep taste eeeuk

i would say at night.
because you brush off all that plaque before it gets nice and comfy on you gums and teeth all night long...
and maybe rinse in the morn...

Both are important.
Brushing your teeth before you go to bed is important because it cleans out your teeth from what you ate that day.

But then again, nobody wants to wake up in the morning and not brush their teeth and have bad breath.

I think both are equally important.

:)

Depends what your bedtime activities include.

morning, smelling all day is ew =]

I brush teeth morning and night, and floss both times,I also eat sugar free gum after meals.and snacks .As.I am 57 male,.and have most of my own teeth,I must be doing something right. I also use a electric toothbrush which is better and quicker if used correctly and for two Min's twice a day.

I think, and most dentist do, that plaque sticks to teeth during the day and night between brushing, and sugar in all food acts with the plaque to cause decay.

I would have to go with "in the morning".

If i had to choose it would be on a night, i cant stand the feeling of all the sugar on my teeth from what i have eaten in the day.

Brushing at both times is important, but if you could only brush just once, then I would say night, as it would be better to get the teeth cleaned at night to get rid of the build up of the day rather than let it lie there all night to rot the teeth.

My Mum just puts them in a glass of water next to her bed and then brushes them in the morning!
