I have a brother, Philip C. Anyway, when I brush. I brush it all. Including, my tongue (top and bottom), the sides of the inside of my mouth, the roof of my mouth, The entire tooth (in circular motions) on all of my teeth , The entire gum. I'm not trying to have a nasty mouth.
