You have gum disease. See your dentist.

you have sensitive gum ..
Use colgate sensitive and/or go to your Dentist

Your either brushing too hard or have gum disease. Use a softer tooth brush.

you don't brush often enough or you have gum disease or an infection

Try a toothbrush called COLGATE 360

your gums could use some cleaning, bacteria and germs building up.
80% off the bacteria in your mouth ISNT on your teeth.
Your toothbrush could be too firm also

your toothbrush is too hard

your brushing too hard

they are just really sensitive. try a "sensitive gum" toothpaste and if things aren't getting better go to ur dentist.

early stages of periodontal disease. It's reversible in the early stages, e.g. by having de-scaling done at the dentist.

thats a symptom of gingivitis (gum disease), ignore the bleeding and brush more

Hi I used to have bleeding gums all the time I wasn't sure really what it was and someone told me to use Colgate Time Control and it really works. I've found that my gums don't bleed anymore and my teeth aren't as sensitive. Good Luck!

you have gum disease this will cause your gums to shrink and expose the nerves very painfull trust someone who suffers,
it's called gingevitus go to dentist of hygenist they will clean and descale you teeth,
the use arm and hammer toothpaste with interdental brushes betwwen you teeth it works i have stopped mine from bleeding but lots of gum damage which is not repairable so get it sorted tommorow,,

Your brushing too hard and not often enough it will turn out OK if you start brushing them more often

Sounds like gum disease, possibly gingivitis......also, bleeding gums is a common occurence in pregnancy!! Best see your dentist.

I used to get that. The problem is you don't brush often enough! Just keep brushing for 2 minutes twice a day, get a sensitive toothpaste and you'll be fine

Gingivitis is one cause for bleeding gums and usually, bad breath accompanies it. Try pressing the gums for sponginess
The bad breath, well you need some good friends to tell you.
This is a medical condition and can be cured.

Or as others have said, over enthusiastic brushing.
If you use an electric toothbrush it is all too easy to damage the gums with too much pressure

You're either brushing too hard, or your toothbrush is is too hard, or both.
Try a sensitive toothbrush, the bristles are far softer. If the gums still bleed there is a really good mouthwash specifically for gum disease, unfortunately i can't remember the name, it's not listerine or colgate, and it comes in a short stubby bottle.

Because , you haven't taken the best care of your gums. I suggest flossing and brushing your teeth twice a day .

You have a gum infection. You need to see a dentist. They have an antibiotic called Arestin they can put in the pockets of your gums if they are that bad...

You have gum disease. You need to visit your dentist and get some professional advice.

Keep brushing twice a day and make sure your toothbrush isn't too firm. Be gentle with the flossing, but keep doing it. And use a mouthwash.

Gum disease is serious. If you don't get it stopped in time your bone gets eroded and your teeth eventually fall out. I am in the early stages of this because I am diabetic; my teeth look awful and nothing can be done about it.

Oh, and smoking is very very bad for periodontal disease, so if you smoke you have to consider quitting if you want to keep your teeth.

Good luck!

It may be because you have been brushing your teeth to hard and if you are not then you have sensitive gums or a stiff toothbrush.

*STAR!* For You!

Hope This Helps!=D

Yes....This is all understood...U R taking a good care of your teeth, BUT

The problem is with your Mom and / or U....

She didn't have much of MILK & YOGHURT when she was carrying you.......and apparentlt, you followed her steps......

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL.....

firstly do not used alcohol based mouthwash. Use ACT II or soemthing like that. You need to have a thorough cleaning to see if there is any periodontitis. Check what area it bleeds to tell to your dentist.

Good Luck!

1. NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE A MEDIUM OR HARD BRISTLED TOOTHBRUSH. However, nobody knows this.
2. Gums bleed b/c there is too much bacteria around them. Usually this is b/c the teeth have not been professionally cleaned recently and buildup has built up beneath the gums causing gum inflammation and eventually if left too long, bone loss called gum disease. If the bone loss continues, the teeth can get loose and fall out. Go see your dentist and have your dental HYGIENIST check your gums and see what the problem is.
3. FLOSS

stop worrying now.iv just done a coarse on dental health for the gums teeth and tounge, just cos you see blood it is not a bad sigh,in fact, all it means is that you didnt get all the plague from your teeth the day before, ,its amazing to know that the toothpaste we all use is a cream to strengthen the gums and teeth, the brush does the hard work, and if you can, dont rinse your mouth to much with water, that weakens the toothpaste, simply toothpaste on brush.brush for as long as you can, spit wipe mouth, walk away, flossing is good, cleaning of your tounge, and chewing sugar free gum when ever you can,

Maybe you are lacking something in your diet. Do you eat plenty of green leafy vegetables? Spinach has Vitamin K, which helps in clotting. You should evaluate your diet and make sure you aren't lacking anything. It could just be that simple. Also, you should gently brush your gums and this helps them become more resiliant and more healthy.

def gum disease...u most probally need a clean so a trip 2 the dentist is a must .....why dont you treat urself to an electic tooth brussh ..they stop u brusing to hard ..and r brill...also i know we have to floss but that can ruin our gums....also purchase some corsodal mouth wash its what dentist reccommed 4 gum disease

You're brushing too hard, and using too stiff of a brush.
