Sleep Bruxism is the cause. What you should check out as can sometimes be the cause of teeth making noises at night is a complication of another disorder, such as Huntington's disease or Parkinson's disease. It can also be an uncommon side effect of some psychiatric medications including certain antidepressants. If your dentist suspects that you have an ear infection, he or she will probably refer you to your primary care provider doctor. If your dentist suspects a significant psychological component to your teeth grinding or a sleep-related disorder, you may be referred to a therapist, counselor or sleep specialist. It's not always a simple matter of a mouth guard especially if there is an underlying condition that can lead to much more serious problems if left untreated. In some cases your doctor may suggest taking a muscle relaxant before bedtime. Stay away from drinking alcohol and caffeine drinks in the evening.

You are grinding your teeth. You can buy a nighttime bight guard at a drugstore. It is similar to a sports mouthguard.

teeth grinding, and there are teeth guards that you can wear to prevent that at night while sleeping, you can purchase them at your local drug store

Ur grinding your teeth. They make night guards. They make a mold of your teeth and make them. It's expensive. Mine ended up getting vacuumed up to cuz it was clear and hard to find if it fell out of your mouth. Grinding sucks! And it's SO bad for your teeth. Go get that fixed.

Grinding your teeth? More from tension and nerves than bite. Yes, there are appliances you can wear to prevent the wear on your teeth you will get from doing this.
There are over the counter mouth guards or your dentist can make one for you. Mine was made from my dentist with minimal charge.

It is called grinding of the teeth caused by malocclusion -- also called Bruxism. You can get a dentist to fit you with a mouth guard or there are some available at many pharmacies that are much cheaper and do not require a perscritpion. Night Guard is one brand, total gard is another.

Grinding your teeth there is a mouth gaurd for night you'll find them in the drug store
