Had 4 removed, it was very easy except I got sick from the anesthesia afterward. Ate soup and ice cream for 2 days and then was fine. It is much more difficult after the age of 30. When the teeth become set in bone that is where to horror stories come from. It can cause more bruising, swelling, and healing time. Just be sure you have about a week to chill just in case.
Yes..I had two taken out...it was fine...a bit grisly as you can feel them pull it...but I healed in a week.
my dentist had to drill mine in two to get it out...it didnt want to budge! you do not feel a thing after the injection...& a couple of days later the soreness wears off & you start to heal.
Yes i had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed in hospital.Ended up with 20 stitches in total but it was still better than the annoying pain of them still being there.Good luck and seriously you will be fine.
Yes i had two compacted wisdom teeth taken out. I had the option of having them done in hospital while i was out cold! The dentist said afterwards that it was a good job as it was very difficult! My face swelled up a little but soon calmed down after a few days.
Best not to worry about it and if they are causing you pain get them sorted out ASAP! You will be glad afterwards, i know i was!

Not pleasant, but no pain that paracetamol couldn't deal with. A couple of stitches were put in afterwards and there were no problems.
Sure a lot of people have for years and years! I had to get 4 out at the same time. Ask your dentist how many he does a day you would be so surprised! Take an ipod or a cd player and getting laughing gas is fine don't let people tell you otherwise. Take your medicine when your suppose to my mom had to crush the pills up for me and they were soooooooooo nasty! I slept a lot also so don't worry about it you'll be fine!
I had three removed, they gave me an injection that put me out so I only remember coming around on the recovery table. I ate soup and dribbled for 24 hours (not a lot different from my nomal self) but not a lot of pain. Was pleased it was over and done with. Hope it goes ok x
I just had 2 bottom impacted wisdom teeth cut out Friday. I was put to sleep to have it done. I am still having pain and keeping ice packs on my face. I am eating baby food fruits, and soups. I was told it would take a while for recovery they had problems getting them out. But I am still glad I went ahead and did it. Now they want bother me anymore.
