You know when you bite your lip by accident?!
Question: Why is it never a little nip, but a full force chomp? 10 times in the past week I've bit the exact same place.
Anything i can do to stop it other than not eating or speaking?

Ouch. I usually try biting someone else's.
Maybe your teeth have shifted just enough to cause you to bite your lip. Maybe ask your dentist about it.
well, usually when i bite my lip or tongue im chewing gum but just be more aware of what you are doing and then it will just come more natural to avoid your lip.
