By increasing the number of times i use crest whitestrips in a day, will it speed up the process of whitening?
im using crest whitestrips and it advises me to use them twice a day for thirty min. if i do it for three or four times a day for thirty min. will my teeth get whiter faster?

Don't make the mistake of thinking more is better. You should always follow the instructions on the package. There are good reasons for them. The people at Crest are not keeping this golden secret that if you put more than the recommended applications your teeth will be whiter. Your teeth are going to be sensitive as it is. Don't take the chance of weakening your enamel to the point that you chip a tooth everytime you eat something.
