right after you get them you need to eat because trust me, you wont be able to eat for awhile after there on. black and white colors look pretty tight. take pain killers like tylenol or advil before you go. try not to move around alot when the doctor is putting them on. take good care of them and you will get the off sooner. listen to him/her and do what he/she says. trust me, its all worth it in the end!~
