Hi! I've been in dentistry for over 20 years and this is a new common problem. Call your dentist and ask him to prescrib a mouthwash that will help. Also their are several products on the market, one is Salivant Oral Moisterizer. The other thing is you must keep 3-4 month appt. for preofessional cleaning as without saliva you teeth will tend to decay more and you can have gum problems as well. Some people find that sucking on sugar free hard candies work, others carry a bottle of water with them at all times. I'm so sorry you have to go through this, but there are new products on the market all the time to help with this. Have a heart to heart with your dentist and ask him to call the pharmaceutials to get trial or samples of the new products as they come out. There are several articial saliva products on the market now that you can try and see which works best for you. Good luck~M
