Tomorrow at dentists i will be getting?
an onlay a filling and some cleaning. The dentist said it will take an hour. I am worried because I am young a teenager and hate dentists. I also get stressed out quickly and panic. What can I do to realeave the tension of going to the dentist. Please help I am scared. Any suggestions?

Just calm down, the dentist isn't judging you. He works on teeth for a living. It might hurt when he does certain things but he'll tell you when he's about to do it, and you'll just have to man up and take it. And then your teeth will be crispy church.
