Always gotten nasty blisters in my mouth since i was a child there really pain full how do i prevent Them?
I brush, floss, and rines every day yet these painfull and annoying blisters keep coming back in groups why?

It does sound viral - possibly apthous ulcers or herpes (not the STD). Here is an article that sounds good, although not promoted by a dentist. Finding out what triggers the blisters is the key to preventing them. Try avoiding acidic foods or try a natural (fluoridated) toothpaste and see if that helps. Also, reducing stress is important. It would be nice to see a cure for mouth ulcers! One other thing: continue seeing your dentist at least every 6 months to keep a check on things.
