My teeth gets yellow soon even if I clean them frequently, what should i do to make them white?
Please help..... I don't like Cresp whitestrips....

It is actually not natural to have white white teeth. Som people just have darker teeth than others.
What you can do: use a whitening toothpaste 2 or 3 times a week. Make sure you are using a soft-bristle toothbrush. Use straws when you drink dark drinks (Coke, Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, tea, coffee). If you are a smoker, cut back on how many you are lighting up each day.
The layer of your tooth beneath the enamel, called the dentin, is naturally a yellow-brown color. If you are using an abrasive (whitening) toothpaste or hard/medium bristle toothbrush everyday, you are scrubbing away your enamel; revealing this darker color.
If you don't notice a difference in two to three weeks' time, consult with your dentist to see about getting an in-office bleaching treatment, or at-home whitening trays.
