I dont really know if there are different types of Hydrogen Peroxide to use for teeth whitening but i have this at home

Can i use that to help whiten my teeth?
If so how do i use it and for how long each time i do use it?

Yes, it looks like it is less than 8% Hydrogen Peroxide. You can add a little baking soda in a dish and make a paste for great toothpaste!!!!!!! Tastes awful though but it works!!!
