What if wisdom tooth extracted alredy but the other root fractured and left inside what is the risk?
my wisdom tooth extracted already but the root fractured and my dentist can not see the fractured root inside and said to have an xray after 5 days, and come back to him. my dentist said it is not dangerous but im afraid bacause my gum causes real pain. waht should i do?

It is not dangerous, just see your dentist again at the next appointment. Sometimes it's better to stop if you can't find a root at that appointment. He may decide to extract it, leave it, or refer you to a surgeon. Take Advil until your next visit or whatever your dentist recommended.
