Which way is a tongue ring supposed to go?
I got my tongue pierced a little over a week ago. I'm not changing my jewelry yet, but when I was checking to make sure it is tight the loose ball was on top and the stud on bottom. I read online that the loose ball is supposed to be on bottom with the stud on top. Both ways make sense to me, can someone please clear this up for me?

in my experience a barbell has removable balls at both ends. you should be able to tighten both at once because the threads opposite each other and when you turn one you tend to hold the other. don't forget to rinse with mouthwash after every meal and if you smoke after every cigarette. gotta keep that sucker clean.
