Whitening strips or tray?!


Question:

Whitening strips or tray?

I've seen whitening strips at wal-mart for 35 dollars (crest 5 minutes) and whitening trays. which work better, the tray or the strips? I would think the trays work better because they cover your teeth much easier. I wouldn't know, I've never tried it.
