OUCH! Yes, you need to go to the dentist. You don't mention any pain but you will have pain from this eventually and I am telling you from experience it is bad pain. My tooth broke several years ago, no pain for weeks, then almost intolerable with infection, chances are you have infection anyway if it broke in half. They will not be able to reattach it, they were going to pull mine, but luckily my rich aunt had taken me because I was hurting to bad to even drive, she asked them what my other options were and they said they could cap it so they did cap it after a root canal which was pretty pricey. Good Luck

oooooo. How'd it happen? If I were u, I would get it pulled out ASAP. (Don't worry, it doesn't hurt because they make ur lip numb first)

Go to dentist they might be able to fix it without pulling it

If it just happened, put the broken piece in a glass of milk and call a dentist asap. Explain what happened and they will most likely get you in immediately.

I chipped my front tooth in college and I went to the dentist to get it repaired. The put a composite on it. Kind of like a tooth coloring filling, and they shaped it like my other teeth.

Go to the dentist and ask them what they can do especially if your teeth have been causing you pain.

Re-attach - probably not.
If the root is still good, they can "cap" it.
It will probably need a peg putting in it and a "tooth" built up on top.
They make these so good thesedays you will not be able to tell the difference.
Make an emergency appointment with your dentist, as the sooner the better with this.

if your attached tooth hurts, put wax (from a candle is fine), you can take the broken part with you, but they cannot reattach it.
since chemo, my teeth are in bad shape.

depends...

if it split okay you can sometimes just get a filling.

if it didnt split okay you might have an infection .. and might have to have it removed.

go to the dentist .

Go the dentist...The only way they can reattach it is if it just happened (within the last hour or so). If that's the case, put it in a gass of cold milk and go to the dentist right away. if they can't reattach it they will probably just pull the other half out.
