Clear retainer after braces....?
I had braces my freshman and sophmore years of high school, now i graduated last year, and i just have started using my clear retainer again (the one that covers all your teeth) But my teeth hurt too bad to wear it for so long, what can i do? i tried oragel to help, but it didn't. and i just want my teeth back to normal, but it hurts too much. and i don't want braces again!

Yeah, it hurts much worse when you get older. Try using ibuprofen or aleve b/c it is the inflammation that causes the pain. Try wearing it at night and take a night off if necessary.
PS Not tylenol b/c it has no anti inflammatory
