I need advice on my palate expander?!


Question:

I need advice on my palate expander?

So just yesterday I got a non-removable palate expander in and i have to crank it every 3 days. So i guess my palate doesn't need to be expanded a lot? *shrug*

Also, Is there any information on opening the jaw a little more that helps people not snore?
