I saw the rest of the answers and i am in dental assisting school. you should not use whitening toothpaste or mouthwash it is very harsh on your teeth and can cause damage. the only whitening i recommend is crest white strips they are the only ADA approved ones.
ps don't smoke

Thats not true hon.. :|

whitening strips.
whitening tooth paste
whitening pre mouth wash.
staying away from iced tea. coffee. cigs. anything like that
not eating junk food after you brush.

You could try crest whitening strips and toothpaste, I used them and my teeth are pearly white now =D

bone or teeth are not white there cream
so dont go by the tv white is so bright,
its all the stuff you eat and drink that stains them

Yellow teeth generally are a sign of weakening enamel. Weakening enamel can occur if you brush your teeth immediately after drinking acidic beverages like orange juice, coffee, or soda. Also, soda, and other caffeinated beverages can stain your teeth yellow, especially if you are a coffee or iced coffee drinker.

To whiten your teeth, try Crest Baking Soda and Peroxide Whitening Toothpaste and you may want to also try some home whitening strips like Crest White Strips or Listerine Whitening Strips. If you are still concerned about the color of your teeth, or you do not see any change, talk to your dentist.
