ummm well the same way you make out with out them.. i mean it rarely happens that you get "stuck" its easier to get stuck if someone has braces and the other person has a lip or tounge piercing..

You jsut do it the same way liek you do without them. JUst make sure that if the person your making out with has braces, that you guys aren't cutting each other. =]
