Can I build my credit by paying off my orthodontist contract??
I have braces and have monthly payments of 160 the remaining balance is $1710 if I pay it all off will it build my credit?? It is a 2 year contract started on april 2006 and I want ot pay it off now will it build my credit?? anyone???

See if they accept payment by credit card, then (if you don't have one - get one) charge the balance and pay it off in full. That will establish a credit account for you. Or charge the monthly amount on your credit card and pay the amount ever month. You will look like a good credit risk if you are paying your bill every month. Good luck!
