What should I do for the following dental problem?!

Question: Hi friends
I have 4 impacted teeth.Doctor asked me to get in to surgery.but as of now I don"t have money and it may take 2 months to arrange money for the surgery!!
But the problem is,2 holes or gap have been in that impacted site for a year now! and food debris collected there and I have started to get bad smell, some white deposit which is foul smelling!!.I am afraid i may develop some puss!!
Is there any ointment to apply there to avoid any puss formation or other problems developing in that area!!

There may be a product that will help. It is a temporary dental patch that will block up holes. You can find it at Wal Mart (and probably any other similar store) near the dental products. It is called Dent-temp or something similar. I used it when I broke a molar in half, and had to wait to get it fixed, just like you. It costs a couple of bucks, and if you follow the directions, a patch may last over a week.

Clean your teeth very well, rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide, rinse with warm water. Get the area as dry as possible and apply the patch.

A word of caution: If you are developing an infection, this product may seal off the area and cause the pressure to build up causing pain and possibly an abcess. If you are in great pain, some dentists will allow you to pay in installments for something that is considered an emergency. They want you to return on a regular basis, and want to build a good reputation.

I hope this helps. Remember this fact: Dental infections can spread to the brain quickly, and should never be taken lightly.

you have no choice! go to a dentist to make your teeth repaired

You need some antibiotics for the infection, and find a way to get those babies outa there. Put it on your visa, take a personal loan. sometimes if done in the hospital it can be covered by medical depending on where in the world you live. But get those antibiotics. Warm salt water rinses help the area as well.

you have to use Oral Solutions such as Cholorohexidine an d have to brush and floss the area well...but the only way to get rid of the problem is to extract the teeth...if there is any swelling or pain you can control it for a short time and have to take antibiotics by your dentist`s prescriptions...
