crest pro health in the blue minty one is the greatest one ever. it does it all and has a great flavor.

The best toothpaste is actually one of the cheapest. Just a regular toothpaste with fluoride...like Crest. You don't need any of the extras like whitening or anything. the fluoride in the paste strengthens your gums and teeth and helps prevent cavities.
