Answers:

Get in touch with Capital One or go to a dentist's office and ask for Care Credit paperwork.

The wisdom teeth should be removed prior to braces. The fact that they will have to be surgically removed (not as bad as it sounds) does have an effect on the rest of your teeth; stopping orthodontic therapy. They would stay in your gums and push the other teeth, which would not be constructive to what the braces are intended for.

The large fillings, if silver, may concern the dentist due to the fact that they expand and contract with hot/cold foods/drinks over time. This will lead to re-decay as food and bacteria can get between the filling and your teeth. That and you may bite down on something particularly hard or at a bad angle, and chip/fracture a tooth or filling. You may have to remove arch wire, bracket, or even a band to have the tooth repaired: all of which have an effect on your therapy.
