horrible breath can be caused by a various factors. bad breath can be caused by gum disease, dirty mouth, dry mouth, eating a garlicky meal, sinusitis and stomach related problems and anaerobic bacteria in the mouth. whatever your bad breath issue is, it is best to seek the help of a dentist to be able to determine your bad breath cause. after you and your dental expert have found out the cause of your smelly breath, he can now give you the right treatment for it. but try to really make it a habit to brush and floss teeth properly and carefully for this can be a great help in battling bacteria in the mouth that cause bad breath. keeping the mouth hydrated and salivated will be really helpful, the thing is to keep drinking adequate amount of water. for more tips about bad breath cure visit http://www.oramd.com

Gum disease. You need a deep-cleaning at the dentist. Have you been to the dentist lately? Ask your dentist.

YOU PROBABLY HAVE GINGIVITIS THAT GUM DISEASE CAUSES BAD BREATHE AND SWALLOWING GUMS!!!!!!!!!

Believe it or not, it could be a sinus/allergy problem. My son had this same problem and it was sinus/allergy related.

You may need to have your tonsils looked at go and see an ears, nose and throat specialist. Do you ever have small white or yellow balls come up from your throat that smell bad? If so these are from infected tonsils and can cause very bad breath..

Or you could not be drinking enough water try to drink 1 litre of water per day this will prevent bad breath also.

You can also have allot of mint in your food as well

daily flossing does wonders! you can tell immediately which area smells the worst after flossing each tooth. after 1-2 days of good flossing, you wont have bad breath anymore.

& drink more water.

You could have digestive problems or alot of acid in your stomach. Try taking a "tums or Rolaids" after eating and see if that helps. If not, then you could have a tooth that's decaying or a bad cavity that needs attention.
