What an interesting question! Bless you for recycling!

My husband and I run a volunteer recycling center and are frequently asked "Is this recyclable?" but no one has ever asked about a toothpaste tube.

This may depend on the recycling center that picks up your apartment's recycling. It may also depend on what the toothpaste tube is made of. Just because an object has a recycling symbol on it doesn't mean it's recyclable (I know, I know). The recycling symbol indicates what the object is made of.

I will contact the Sensodyne company and find out for you. I do this a lot. Since recycling is such a hot topic right now, most companies are happy to answer questions like this.

I will e-mail you when I have an Answer for you.

Yes, but the have to be cleaned out.

depends what they are made off usually yes

Interesting! I had never thought of recylcing my toothpaste tubes. I'll have to start.
