Question: i heard from someone that after you get your braces off it is best to get a dentist app. to have your teath cleaned the next day...is that true????? i brush my teath ATLEAST 2 times a day most the time it is like 3 or 4 times a day tho

no u dont hav to get ur dentist 2 help just brush ur teeth like u normaly wold its ok .
They didn't tell me to get my teeth cleaned the next day!
But I was pretty excited to go do it. I only got my teeth cleaned once while I had braces because it took too much trouble to go and get the wires off, then go to the dentist, then go back to the orthodontist to get the wires back on.
It depends on the advice of your orthodontist.
