ok i play softball tournaments every weekend well im getting braces in 2 weeks! and......i have heard storys about getting hit and the mouth and your braces going through your lip! can this happen what do i do!!!!!
any tips on braces!! HELP!

It depends on how hard the ball hits you in the mouth. Yes it can happen. Trust me, the day you get your spacers and the day you get your braces, softball injuries will be the last thing on your mind. I had braces for 2 and 1/2 years. I have never been hit in the mouth by a softball. I played varsity for 3 years. Just enjoy them and brush a bunch.
