Examine teeth, gums and rel. tissues to det. condn, using dental treatments utilizing X-ray, and other diagnostic equipment. Diagnose and treat diseases or oral cavity, diagnose nerves and other dental tissues affecting vitality of teeth. Determine case of diseases and treat infected root canal and rel. issues. Fill pulp chamber and canal with endodontic materials. Provide dental services such as cleaning, applns, of fluoride and extracts and replace teeth, using rotary and hand instruments. Prescribe medications and refer patients to specialists as needed.
