Should I brush my teeth before putting on whitestrips? Or should i just simply r!

Question: I have Crest Whitestrips premium plus

Answers: I have Crest Whitestrips premium plus

If you choose to brush before placing the white strips, you may increase sensitivity. It is best just to rinse your mouth. You can brush after you take them off. If you do experience sensitivity use the strips less often and use an over the counter fluoride rinse like ACT of Fluorigard. Good Luck!

yes. you need to brush your teeth first before applying the whitestrips....brush 'em properly.

The instructions in the box say not to brush first.

the box says not to brush before.. so id go with dont brush before but just rinse
