The best solution is to get 4 implants. They are like screws that are placed in your jaw and then 4 single crowns are fitted over them. These are very expensive and will run you about 3000-6000 per tooth depending on where you live. The next best thing is to get a 6 unit fixed bridge. That means they will anchor 4 fake teeth to either side of the space, so 6 crowns all connected to each other and cemented in your mouth. If the anchor teeth are not stable enough though this will not be an option for you. The final option is to have a removable device made. This is usually the cheapest way to go but not always the best because of problems many patients have with the fit of removable devices.
