I just got my teeth whitened a few days ago. Will eating spaghetti immediately stain my teeth again?


Answers:

Go Alfredo instead of Marinara. That way you can be sure it won't stain and you still get to enjoy the pasta.

Avoiding staining foods can only help-- Sprite instead of Coke, White wine instead of burgundy, Ranch instead of French dressing, etc.
