Do Crest Whitening Strips REALLY work?!

Question: I need testimonials, tips, and advice from anyone. Thanks!

Yes...they're fantastic.

Follow the directions carefully and you'll see a big difference.

One other tip that i would give my patients is to take your fingernail (starting with your middle teeth) and push the white strip gently inbetween the teeth. Not to the point of wedging it in there, but just so the strip touches the whole front of the tooth. I got that tip from a Crest sales representative a long time ago. And also take a washcloth to dry your teeth first.....it makes it so the strip doesn't slip around as much.

yes i loveee them

Yes, they really work. Studies indicate that if you follow directions as written, the results are comparable to an in-office whitening system you would get at a dental office which will be significantly more expensive.

I was very surprised...yes they do! I tried the classic white strips, which is the 14 day version. They worked so well, that I got a lot of compliments on my teeth and most people thought I had them professionally done. The premium strips are a 7day system. they work faster, but a lot of people told me their teeth get too sensitive while using them. I experienced sensitivity, but it wasn't bad and directions will tell you not to apply the strips everyday and the feeling will go away. My teeth are still pretty white and I used the system last year. I think it's the best system out there and you get comparable results to a dentist chair, but without the price tag. I've tried other brands, even the ones with the mold-able trays and I like crest the best. You have to get used to placing the little strips on your teeth, but after the first couple of tries you get the hang of it. The package comes with a brightening strip. You can compare the strip to your teeth and see the progress. Crest has a lot of different formulas, so try the system that best fits your needs.

THEY are not miracles.....i am yellow now and was yellow then// I FINALLY GOT SOME BLEACH////and i i got results....and i dunt use chlorox,....duh

They don't work too well on porcelain crowns.

Yes. I've used them. They're not as easy/ clean to get on as they are in the commercial with woman with Julia Robert-sized mouths, but it's easy to catch on to. I have to put one end on, and then slide it towards the back because I have a very small mouth.

Also, when you remove them I've noticed the goo will stay on (some of it at least) so either rub it off with some tissues, or brush with a wet tooth brush afterwards.
