Cracking my jaw!?!
Question: Hello I am always cracking my jaw but it takes a while for me to do it i have to my my tounge and muth to do it several time and it drives me crazy becuase of the amount it time it takes me to do it. Does anyone know an easier way to crack your jaw?

why would you want to? Does it get stuck? is it painful? It may be out of alignment and you may need to ask your dentist if you need an op.

try getting braces after i got mine off, my jaw was cracking every time i opened my mouth or chewed still does
