Always in the morning and at night. Sometimes once during the day depending upon what I ate and the ability to do so. It's more of a cleanliness thing than a tooth whiteness thing. I feel gross if I can feel gunk on my teeth or think about not having brushed them for a while. But, no, they are hardly white as snow, thank you Starbucks. On the otherhand, they are pretty white considering my coffee habit.
