Sensitive teeth!!?!
Question: I visited my dentist last week and had no problems, but on friday after drinking a really cold drink I developed pain when eating/drinking hot and cold food. The tooth also has white lines on it which I have never noticed before.
Do I need to see my dentist again or will sensodine toothpaste sort this out for me?

I would give the toothpaste a try for a couple of weeks.
Probably save you money in the long run.
Sensodyne toothpaste and a mouthwash called Corsodyl - was recommended by my dentist and got great relief by combining the two. Also, when brushing, use warm water, not cold.
My dentist recommended Sensodyne when I had this problem, and it worked. There's nothing the dentist can do for it.
They make all kinds of sensitive toothpaste now. I use aquafresh it works really well and saves me a few bucks
i would go back to the dentist, that is the nervings the hot and cold thing is always a sign of needing to see the dentist
