Well, I took Nanoslim once and I ended up throwing up. I cannot say that I know the pill made me throw up but that was the only thing I took or ate within the past 3 hours and I felt fine before I took the pill, then 30 minutes after swallowing the pill, I was sick. I bought 30 pills for $20.00 at WalMart
