Tongue Connected?!
Question: My tongue is connected at the bottom. I'm ready to start making out with girls and things, but I can't. If I have it cut will my speech be affected? Because I really don't want to have slurred speech or whatever. Could you please help?

If you're talking about having an unusually prominent lingual frenulum (the vertical sheet of tissue connecting the tongue to the floor of the mouth) then a dentist can do this for you. It should not effect your speech or anything. Just don't do it yourself. DIY dentistry is rarely a good idea ;)
I don't think your getting your tonge cut would make your speech slurred, you kinda need it to talk. Good luck!
If you had it cut, your speech would probably improve as you would be better able to form words in your mouth.
