No, it certainly does not. I looked it over and they are never clear about the product. They are selling results. The product looks like a rubber band. They are going to have you wrap rubber bands around your teeth with the hope that they pull together. Also, they cite no legitimate clinical studies. I imagine you will have the following issues if you did this.
1. The bands won't stay on.
2. The nature of rubber bands is to pull things in a straight line. Teeth are arranged in a curve; therefore, this will pull your teeth out of alignment.
3. You will be out some money and be cranky that you fell for it.
I don't think there is any good reason to try this.

Of coursre it is bogus as it is just some little rubber bands that you could buy at Staples. It is pretty obvious that you could do some serious damage to your teeth if you tried it.

Run away from this as fast as you can!! If you use this to close the gap in between your front teeth you will have gaps on both of the other sides of your teeth. If you want to close a gap see an orthodontist or ask your dentist about veneers.
I'd ask or call your dentist, or other professional in the teeth department.
