well heres the thing every once in a while for the past few years i have been kind of throwing up a little white oval shaped thing its kind of thick but not though thick it cant be squished by fingers and i cant figure out what it is starting to worry there is something wrong and no.....its not what you think it might be...pervs

This is infection, to put it politely.
It comes from your sinuses or sinus cavity. It probably happens like when yo sneeze, and it just come flying out of your mouth, right?
Get checked for a sinus infection or throat infection. Also, look to see if you have little white spots on the back of your throat. If so, get a throat culture.
