It looks better, costs more, same amount of pain but less effective as the patient can take the Invisalign out. Usually you have to wear it longer than traditional silver braces and not everyone is a candidate for the Invisalign. If you are trying to decide between the 2, go for the silver ones. it takes forever and the end result is pretty temporary. I would just go with metal braces i was you.
