What does it mean when my wisdom tooth roots are tangled?!

Question: I went to the dentist and they did an xray and said the root of my wisdom tooth was tangled together meaning that the root is twisted and intertwining. I want to know the medical term for this and would love to have more info. I am getting all my wisdom teeth removed by the way. But im real impatient and would like info now.

all that it means is that the roots r twisted...there arent really any problems associated with this...unless the roots r twisted around the nerve running through ur jaw (which does happen). if thats the case then the procedure 2 remove ur wisdom teeth will take a little longer and will most likely take a little longer 2 heal. also if ur teeth r tangled with the nerve and the nerve gets snapped during removal ull have a numb jaw on that side of ur mouth until the nerve repairs itself

To make this real simple, It's exactly as it sounds. The roots are tangled.

There is no medical term for it. It's just called, "Tangled roots"

it means that your dentist is going to have a real tough time removing it out.
