A mixture of peroxide and baking soda works fairly well. I have also used vinegar mixed with baking soda for some whitening effects.

i use peroxide and baking soda. put some baking soda in a small cup and add the peroxide. mix it together until it looks like toothpaste. this takes trial and error. also, add a dab of your toothpaste to the mixture, it'll make it taste a little better. brush for 2 minutes, spit, rinse, and then use regular toothpaste. do this 2x a week at MAX! it's harsh and hard on the gums. I've been doing it for 2 weeks and can already see results. and yes, peroxide is what you put on cuts.
