Is it safe to pull out my molar ? ......?!

Question: The first molar on the bottom is loose. It's actually a baby tooth but I won't be getting an adult tooth there.

The same tooth on the other side has already been pulled because it died.

There's a lot of fillings in the tooth.....

I'm just wondering do I need to go get it pulled, or can I just wiggle it and pull it like a normal kid would do?

I'm 21 years old !!!

So when it comes out.....I'm gunna have an empty spot there.....just like I have on the other side.

also it feels all bruised and swollen under my jaw where that tooth is...... like a swollen gland.... where that tooth is...

anyone know any possible reaons??

I'm also wondering......

some peopel say to goto the dentist for this..... why couldn't I just pull it out,,,, just like any 10 year old kid would ?

you might wanna go to a dentist because if something goes wrong while you're trying to pull it out you wont have any professional care.
beside, it sounds painful as is, and I'm sure you don't wanna add to your pain.
additionally, a dentist may give antibiotic in case of an infection or something.

good luck.

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE INFECTION WHERE IT FEELS BRUISED AND SWOLLEN. SO IT WOULD BE A WISE DECISION TO GET IT PULLED BY A DENTIST. U MAY NEED AN ANTIBIOTIC IF ITS INFECTED

Go for it! given the quality and cost of dentistry in the UK you'd probably be better off doing it yourself! And as it is a milk tooth there should be no root on it so no probs. The only concern would be the bruising and swelling- could well be an abcess in which case you'll need antibiotics before you try anything!
